Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our massage services. By using our website and booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules.
1. Provision of Services and Booking
- Services: We provide a variety of professional massage services.
- Responsibility: The client is responsible for informing us before booking about all possible health issues, allergies, pregnancy, or other contraindications that may affect the massage procedure.
- Prices: All service prices are indicated on the website and are final, except where clearly stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation and Refunds (Refund Policy)
- Nature of Services: The services we provide are non-refundable (money for services already provided or gift vouchers, unless otherwise specified, are not refunded).
- Refunds due to Cancellation: Money for a pre-paid and cancelled service may only be refunded if the cancellation is reported no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the massage.
- Timely Cancellation (48 hours prior): If cancellation is reported at least 48 hours before the session, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours): If cancellation is reported later than 48 hours before the session, **money is not refunded**. This amount is intended to cover the reserved time and the therapist’s preparation.
- No-show: If you fail to attend the massage session without any prior notice, the amount paid will not be refunded.

3. Gift Vouchers
- Non-exchangeable for Cash: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cancellation with a Voucher: The same 48-hour rule applies to cancellation. If a session booked with a voucher is cancelled later than 48 hours in advance or if there is a no-show, the voucher is considered used.
4. Liability
- Vesmedica is not responsible for any damage or injuries resulting from the client’s failure to provide all necessary information about their health condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who behave inappropriately or if there are contraindications for performing the massage.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes related to these Rules shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. Changes to the Rules
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of our services after the publication of changes is deemed to constitute your acceptance of the updated rules.
